Orbi City
Seafront complex of five 55-storey towers on Batumi's New Boulevard, with an official hotel and thousands of privately rented apartments.
Orbi City is one of the largest seafront complexes in Batumi: five 55-storey towers on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street, in the New Boulevard area, facing the Black Sea. According to its developer, Orbi Group, it has around 10,800 units, from 27 m² studios to 79 m² apartments.
Rooms are let in two ways. Orbi Hotels runs the official hotel, with sea-view studios and suites of up to 78 m² for six guests. Many other apartments belong to private owners and are rented directly, often listed online as “Orbi City Block A”, “Block C” or “Block D”.
The complex has four entrances, Block A, C, D1 and D2, up to about 250 m apart. Block A is the main entrance, with the sales office. Check which block your apartment is in before you arrive and tell your driver: the Entrances section opens each one in your maps app and shows its address in Georgian.
On site you will find restaurants and cafés, including Cork Bistro, a rooftop terrace bar, a casino and shops. The beach is just across the boulevard, the Dancing Fountains are about 550 m away and Batumi Airport about 5 km, around 10 minutes by car.
