Batumi Tower

Batumi Tower, also called the Batumi Technological University Tower, is a concrete skyscraper completed in 2012. Wikipedia gives it 35 floors and a height of 200 m. Its best-known feature is a Ferris wheel set into one corner of the facade at roughly 100 m, which is listed as the observatory level.

The tower was planned for educational use, which drew criticism. After completion it stood empty for about two years and was put up for auction in 2015. As of 2024, it was being renovated for hotel use and several floors were finished.
